Kevin founded AquaPro Painting & Waterproofing in 2001. He has over 43 years of experience in the Architectural and Coatings Industry. He executes comprehensive, tailored painting specifications and proposals for existing and new clients' building painting needs. He develops business strategies and plans, ensures strategic alignment with objections, and provides leadership to all team members.

Chief Financial Officer

Wendy is celebrating 3 years with AquaPro Painting & Waterproofing. She specializes in organizing and adapting accounting data into information systems. She oversees financial responsibilities, builds strategies and forecasts for financial goals, and provides financial reports and data analysis to the leadership team. She manages and grows relationships with our suppliers, bank institutions, insurance companies, and off-site accounting firm. She is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Sullivan University and her Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Marlon is celebrating 11 years with AquaPro Painting & Waterproofing Inc. He has over 36 years of experience in coating applications, carpentry, drywall, and EIFS / stucco repair. He manages the purchasing and inventory of paint coatings and sundries for our painter crews. He is the Trainer for all painters on workmanship, standards, safety, and hi-lift operation.

Casey Orman is celebrating 5 years with AquaPro Painting & Waterproofing Inc. He coordinates production schedules, hi-lift rentals, and lodging for our painting crews. He assists with our Safety OSHA Training program and on-site pre-job inspections. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Kentucky.

Carey Thompson brings 25+ years of experience in Facilities and Project management with KFC/ Yum Brands, Inc. and Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. She has successfully managed individual, regional, and large-scale national projects for multiple restaurant concepts as well as provided team leadership and collaboration. She manages strategic initiatives and communications, project planning, resource optimization and aligning operational goals with client's expectations.

He also manages ProTecBar, maintaining production, organization, productivity, and a high standard of service.
